Skip the build. Skip the ranking wait.

Sites I built, ranked, and now lease to one local business at a time. The site already exists. The traffic already comes. You pay rent, you get the leads. When you stop paying, the site goes back. Cleaner than buying and faster than building from scratch.

Lease an already-ranked site.

Different from building you a new site. Different from buying an existing site. A third option that fits some businesses better than either.

You get the leads. I get the rent. The site does the work.

When you rent one, the site stays exactly as it is. It keeps its own name, its own look, its own SEO history. What changes is invisible to visitors: the phone number on the site forwards to your phone, contact form submissions get emailed straight to you. Visitors think they are calling Stanislaus County Bail (or whichever site). They are actually calling you. You handle it from there.

This matters because changing a ranked site (rebranding, swapping logos, restructuring content) tanks the rankings the site spent years earning. The whole reason rentals work is that the site is left alone. You get clean lead flow, the site keeps performing, nobody loses.

Flat-rate annual rent for the duration. When you stop paying, the forwarding flips back. The site goes into the pool for the next renter. You walk away clean. This works well when you need leads now and do not want to wait 12 months for a new site to rank, or when your niche is competitive enough that building from scratch would cost much more than the rent ever will.

What is included.

The standard set of work that comes with every project.

StandardAcross the service.

Already ranked

Each rental site has been earning organic search traffic for years. You skip the 6 to 12 month wait that a new site needs to rank.

Exclusive lead routing

Only one business at a time receives the leads from each site. No splitting, no auction-style bidding, no other business in your niche getting the same calls. The lead flow is yours for the duration.

Flat-rate annual rent

One payment per year, listed on the homepage. No setup fees, no per-lead pricing, no surprise charges.

Phone forwarding

The site phone number forwards to whatever number you give me. Caller dials the number on the site, your phone rings. They never see your direct number, you handle the call as if it came from your own line.

Form leads delivered

Contact form submissions on the site forward straight to your email address. Real-time, no aggregation, no lead pool, no other middleman seeing them first.

Site stays untouched

I do not change the site to fit your business. Site content, structure, and branding stay exactly as they are. That is the whole reason it works: changing a ranked site tanks the rankings it spent years earning.

Maintenance included

Hosting, security updates, SEO maintenance, uptime monitoring. The site stays ranked while you have it leased.

Performance reports

Quarterly traffic and lead volume reports so you can verify what you are paying for is delivering.

First right of renewal

When your year ends, you have first right to renew before the site goes back into the pool. Established renters tend to stay multi-year.

Questions.

If your question is not here, just ask. The first email is the right place.

How is this different from buying an existing site?
Renting means you pay annual rent and the site stays mine. No transfer of ownership, no SEO equity transfer issues, no due diligence on prior link building. When you stop renting, you walk away with no lingering obligations. Buying transfers everything but costs significantly more up front.
What if I rent and the rankings drop?
I am responsible for keeping the site ranked. Maintenance is included in the rent. If rankings drop significantly due to an issue I should have caught, we negotiate. The model only works if both sides hold up their end.
Can I rent multiple sites?
Yes. Some renters lock down multiple sites in their niche or region. There is a multi-site discount available after the first.
What happens at the end of the year?
You have first right of renewal. If you renew, things continue. If you do not, the site goes back into the rental pool and is available for the next business in that niche/region.
Can the site be customized to my business?
No, and that is the point. The site stays exactly as it is: same name, same content, same structure. The only thing that changes is the lead routing behind the scenes, so calls and form submissions go to you. Changing a ranked site (logos, content, branding) wrecks the rankings it spent years earning. Leaving the site alone is what makes the model work. If you want a site customized to your business, that is the Satellite Sites service, not rentals.
What if I want my own site instead?
That is where the Satellite Sites service fits. I build a new site specifically for your business and run SEO on it. The build fee plus monthly SEO. Different commitment than renting, longer timeline, fully yours when paid for.
Will callers know they are calling a forwarded number?
No. The caller dials the number on the site, your phone rings. You answer however you normally answer. As far as the caller is concerned, they reached the business they searched for. Same with form submissions: they hit submit on the site, you get the email. Cleanest part of the model.
How do I see what is available?
Available rentals are listed on the homepage in the rentals section. Some sites are currently rented (those rotate when contracts end), some are available now, and some are launching. Check the homepage or send an inquiry about a specific niche.
